ASN Booking-in Policy

Please see below the SLAs for booking in stock once it has been delivered to our warehouse.

  1. Single-SKU Cartons/Pallets

For new sellers, it will take up to 72 hours to book in the stock.


For existing sellers, it will take up to 48 hours to book in stock during the months of January - September and up 4-6 days during the months of October - December.


  1. Mixed-SKU Cartons/Pallets

For new sellers, it will take up to 5 working days to book in the stock.

For existing sellers, it will take up to 72 working days to book in the stock.
