To cancel an order, follow these steps: 1. Login to Seller Portal. 2. Go to "Orders". 3. Then, find the order and click "View Order Details". 4. On the top side click "Edit" if the button is available. 5. Make necessary adjustments. 6. Click on "Update Order".

Bezos sellers can automatically edit orders that have not been sent to the warehouse.
1. What status should the order be in so I can edit it?
If the order is in the warehouse status of “Processing” the “Edit Order” button will be greyed out and you are unable to edit the order through the seller portal. In this case please raise a ticket with the Bezos operations team and they will see if we can make the adjustments to the order. If the warehouse status of the order is “Despatched” then an order cannot be edited anymore.
2. How to find the order you want to edit
Editing the order in your Bezos Seller Portal allows you to bypass the marketplace and/or listing tool in order to fulfil an order through Bezos and save your time on reentering all details.
2. Paste the order number which you want to replace into "Search" bar.
3. How to edit the order?
Steps:
1. Click on three dots "View order details", after this you will be redirected to the next window.
2. Click on "Edit" button.
3. Make the changes in Shipping Details, Products and Additional Details fields, double-check that you have provided correct information and click "Update order" button.
Note: it will take a few minutes for the changes to be reflected in the Seller portal
Why can't I edit the order?
When an order is sent to the warehouse, and the products haven't been picked and packed, we are able to cancel/modify it. However, sometimes the order has been already packed and placed in the courier collection area and that is why we are unable to make any changes to the order. Below you can see a picture of how orders usually look when they are ready to be collected by the courier.
