Bezos sellers can automatically edit orders that have not been sent to the warehouse.
Follow these steps to cancel an order:
1. Go to the Orders details page of the order you want edit in your Bezos Seller Portal
2. In the top right corner click the “Edit Order” button.
If the order is in the warehouse status of “Processing” the “Edit Order” button will be greyed out and you are unable to edit the order through the seller portal. In this case please raise a ticket with the Bezos operations team and they will see if we can make the adjustments to the order.
If the warehouse status of the order is “Despatched” then an order cannot be edited anymore.
3. Make the changes to order and click save
Note: it will take a few minutes for the changes to be reflected in the seller portal
