How to create a B2B order

Create the order in the Seller Portal

Steps:

1. Log into Seller Portal
   
2. Create a manual order in Seller Portal
   
3. Manually name the order containing the following format:
   
1. [Your 3 letter code]-B2B-[your internal reference]
2. For example, if you 3 letter code is BZS and your internal reference is XYZ321, then you need to name the order BZS-B2B-XYZ321
   
4. If you are arranging shipping, select for courier "Customer Arranging Collection"
5. 
   
6. If Bezos is arranging shipping, pls mention that in the ticket to Bezos Support
7. E-mail support@bezos.ai and make us aware of the order, mentioning the order number, in the above example BZS-B2B-XYZ321
8. The Bezos team will then get the order packed
   
9. The Bezos team will let you know the configuration of the order: e.g. nr of cartons and contents

Finalise order

Steps:

1. If Bezos arranges delivery, there is no further action is required
2. If you are arranging shipping, once you received the shipment configuration, reply to the email sending Bezos the shipping labels and arrange collection with the carrier
   
3. The warehouse team will attach the labels and put the order ready for collection
   

Important: Please do not schedule a collection until confirmed by the Bezos Support Team
