How to create a B2B order
Create the order in the Seller Portal
Steps:
- Log into Seller Portal
- Create a manual order in Seller Portal
- Manually name the order containing the following format:
- [Your 3 letter code]-B2B-[your internal reference]
- For example, if you 3 letter code is BZS and your internal reference is XYZ321, then you need to name the order BZS-B2B-XYZ321
- If you are arranging shipping, select for courier "Customer Arranging Collection"
- If Bezos is arranging shipping, pls mention that in the ticket to Bezos Support
- E-mail support@bezos.ai and make us aware of the order, mentioning the order number, in the above example BZS-B2B-XYZ321
- The Bezos team will then get the order packed
- The Bezos team will let you know the configuration of the order: e.g. nr of cartons and contents
Finalise order
Steps:
- If Bezos arranges delivery, there is no further action is required
- If you are arranging shipping, once you received the shipment configuration, reply to the email sending Bezos the shipping labels and arrange collection with the carrier
- The warehouse team will attach the labels and put the order ready for collection
Important: Please do not schedule a collection until confirmed by the Bezos Support Team
