How to manually import orders via a CSV?

Quick Guide

To manually bulk import orders in Seller-Portal, follow the steps below:

1. Click "Import Orders +"
2. Download the order template
3. Fill the order template & Review
4. Upload the template

1. Manually Import Orders via CSV:

Aside from creating manual orders in your Seller Portal, you also have the option to upload orders in bulk using CSV, which allows you to upload multiple orders at once instead of creating individual orders one-by-one.

Steps:
1. In the Bezos Seller Portal, select the Orders item from the sidebar
2. Click the 'Import Orders +' button located on the top of the page 

2. Download a template

The next step is to select an order template, you can choose between "Single Order Per Line"  or "Multiline Order".

3. Click on the dropdown to select template
4. Select template and Download


3. Fill Order Template:

Order Template Glossary:
The "Single Order Per Line" template is a file format used to upload orders into the Bezos system. It consists of a text file with each order represented as a separate line, containing relevant order details separated by delimiters. 

Single Order Per Line Template:

Steps:
5. Input relevant order details such as Order Number, Company Name, Client Name, Address, Contact Details, Courier Service and Products. 
Please note that all products associated with the order have been entered in the same row.


Alternatively, you can opt to download and fill the "Multiline Order Template".

Multiline Order Template:

Order Template Glossary:
The "multiline order" template is a file format used to upload orders into the Bezos system. The "multiline order" template can be useful for sellers who prefer to include all order details in a single block of text, rather than separating them into individual lines
Steps:
6. Input relevant order details such as Order Number, Company Name, Client Name, Address, Contact Details, Courier Service and Products. 
Please note that products associated with the order have been entered in different rows.


4. Upload the template:

The last step is to upload the completed order template to effortlessly import the orders into the Bezos System.

Steps:

7. Select Warehouse
8. Choose and upload CSV File
9. Click Upload


You can only edit orders after submitting if they are in ON HOLD or ONBACKORDER status.

Note:
It can take up to a few minutes for this order to show on your Orders page.
