Payment FAQ

What are bezo’s credit terms?


We will take the payment 7 days after the invoice has been sent out to you. If you sign up to direct debit we will send you a notification 3 business days prior to the payment being charged through go cardless.


What if my GoCardless payment fails?

If the payment has failed GoCardless will automatically try to collect the payment 3 times over a 4 week period.


I am unable to make this month's payment. What should I do?


If for any reason you cannot make the payment this month please contact Bezos via finance@bezos.ai and we can discuss the payment options on a case by case basis.


What payment methods do we accept?


We accept multiple payment methods including Direct debit, Credit card and bank transfer. We can discuss which payment method is best for you. We prefer direct debit payments. In case’s where this is not possible we offer alternative payment methods.
