Payment FAQ
What payment options does Bezos offer?
Bezos uses Direct Debit for collection of outstanding invoices. If you are unable to set up a Direct Debit, please contact
finance@bezos.ai to discuss alternative payment options.
What are Bezos' payment terms?
Unless otherwise agreed, we will collect the payment 7 days after the invoice issue day (i.e. the date you received your invoice). If you signed up to Direct Debit, we will send you a notification 3 business days prior to the payment being charged to your account.
What happens if my Direct Debit fails?
If your Direct Debit payment failed, please email
finance@bezos.ai and the team will be able to assist you.
I am unable to make this month's payment. What should I do?
If you are unable to make the payment on time, please reach out to
finance@bezos.ai and the team will be able to discuss payment options on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if I don't pay my invoices?
Bezos will remind you of any outstanding invoice via email. If the invoice remains unpaid, Bezos will contact you and suspend your account until full payment is made.
