Can I use my own shipping labels?

In specific circumstances you can use your own shipping labels, only when pre-agreed with your account manager

How do I use my own shipping labels?

Steps:
  1. Go to Seller Portal>Orders>Create Order

  2. Select "Customer Arranging Collection" as courier

  3. Add shipping label in "Additional Information:
    1. Make sure label is formatted as 6x4 inch
    2. Note: when selecting label size, currently it does not show 6x4 inch, please choose 4x8 from dropdown menu)

Note: When using your own shipping label, you need to handle everything related to collections, chipping and delivery. Unfortunately we can't help you with queries like "where is my order" or "were the orders collected by the courier".
