Monitoring Incoming Goods

Order Journey

The following article provides an overview of:

1. The Seller Portal's Goods In Section
2. Delivery Status Meanings
3. Goods in SLAs

1. Seller Portal - Goods In Section:

You can view the status of all your shipments to the warehouse in the Goods In section of your Bezos Seller Portal. The Goods In section can be found by logging into your Seller portal and clicking Goods In on the sidebar. On the Goods In summary you can view a summary table of all your Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN).

The Seller Portal Summary Page Contains the Following Information:

  1. ASN ID: This is the internal ID of the ASN. If you have any problems it is important to quote this ID.
  2. Warehouse: This is the three letter code of the warehouse in the Bezos fulfilment network that this shipment is being sent to.
  3. Created Date: The date the ASN was created on the Bezos seller portal.
  4. Estimated Delivery Date: This is the date the seller inputs for when they expect the stock to arrive at the warehouse in the Bezos fulfilment network.
  5. Delivery Type: This is how the shipment will be received by the Bezos fulfilment network, e.g. carton, pallet, container.
  6. Delivery Slot: If the shipment is of 10 cartons or more, you are required to book a delivery slot through the Seller Portal. Under this column, you will find the status of your delivery slot once it has been created. For more information on what each status means click here.
  7. Units Received: The first number is the units the Bezos fulfilment network has received and the second number is the number of units we expected. Units here is an individual item e.g. 1 unit would be 1 green
  8. Delivery Status: This refers to the current status of your ASN, from the time it was created until it is booked in.

If you click the three dots on a particular ASN you will be taken to a page which will provide you further details on the ASN.

2. Delivery Status Meanings:

  • Awaiting Delivery: The ASN has been created and the Bezos fulfilment network is waiting for your stock to arrive

  • Delivered: The shipment was delivered but has not been processed yet.

  • Partially Booked: A portion of the stock has been booked in and the Bezos fulfilment network is waiting for the remainder of the stock to arrive. This status is also used when the warehouse team has issued identifying items in the shipment and is waiting on information from the seller to complete the processing of the shipment.

  • Booked In: All the stock has successfully been booked in

  • Cancelled: The shipment has been cancelled.
