How do I know when my goods have been booked into the warehouse?

How do I know when my goods have been booked into the warehouse?

You can view the status of all your shipments to the warehouse in the Goods In section of your Bezos Seller Portal. The Goods In section can be found by logging into your Seller portal and clicking Goods In on the sidebar.

On the Goods In summary you can view a summary table of all your Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN). If you click the three dots on a particular ASN you will be taken to a page which will provide you more details on that ASN.

The summary contains the following information:

  • ASN ID: this is the internal ID of the ASN. If you have any problems it is important to quote this ID.

  • Warehouse: this is the three letter code of the warehouse in the Bezos fulfilment network that this shipment is being sent to.

  • Created date: the date the ASN was created on the Bezos seller portal.

  • Estimated delivery date: this is the date the seller inputs for when they expect the stock to arrive at the warehouse in the Bezos fulfilment network.

  • Delivery type: this is how the shipment will be received by the Bezos fulfilment network, e.g. carton, pallet, container.

  • Units received: the first number is the units the Bezos fulfilment network has received and the second number is the number of units we expected. Units here is an individual item e.g. 1 unit would be 1 green pen.

Status meanings:

  • Awaiting delivery: this means the Advanced Shipment Notification has been created and the Bezos fulfilment network is waiting for your stock to arrive

  • Booked in: this means all the stock has successfully been booked in.

  • Partially booked in: this means a portion of the stock has been booked in and the Bezos fulfilment network is waiting for the remainder of the stock to arrive.
